Anne Duquenne

Anne is the Project Manager of MIGNEX and is based at the Peace Research Institute Oslo where she also works as EU Adviser. Previously, Anne managed a five year €5 million FP7 Network of Excellence with 13 partners. Prior to coming to Norway, Anne worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross’ delegation to the EU and NATO, the European Commission’s DG DEVCO and several NGOs. She holds degrees in Political Sciences, International Humanitarian Action – specializing in Conflict Resolution and Peace Building, and Middle Eastern Studies.

Anne’s responsibilities within MIGNEX include administrative and financial leadership of the project overall, leadership of Work Package 1: Management, and contribution to running the project website. Anne is in charge of the project’s relations with the European Commission.
